questions

Straight answers on how PROGLOBAL delivers web and mobile software, AI-enabled features, commercial models, and day-to-day collaboration. For engagement detail, see how we engage; for process, see methodology.

Product & UX

How do you handle discovery and UX?

We start from outcomes and user journeys—interviews, workshops, and lightweight prototypes where helpful. Design systems and UI kits keep implementation efficient and on-brand across web and mobile.

How long does a typical web or product UI phase take?

Depends on surface area and validation needs: small marketing or internal tools may take weeks; multi-tenant products or regulated flows often span multiple iterations. We quote in milestones, not vague “months.”

Which design tools do you use?

We collaborate in Figma and similar tools, export assets for engineering, and document components so QA and dev stay aligned.

Web & platform engineering

What stacks and frameworks do you support?

We build APIs and services with mainstream backend stacks (including PHP/Laravel, Node, .NET, Java) and modern front ends (React, Vue, and others). We match your hosting, CI, and compliance constraints rather than forcing a single vendor recipe.

Can you integrate ERP, CRM, payments, or identity providers?

Yes—REST/GraphQL integrations, webhooks, batch jobs, and SSO/SAML/OIDC are common. We document contracts, error handling, and operational runbooks for each integration.

How do you approach testing and releases?

Automated tests where they pay off, manual exploratory passes for critical flows, staged rollouts, and observability hooks (logging, metrics) so issues are traceable after go-live.

Mobile applications

Do you build native, cross-platform, or both?

We deliver native iOS and Android where platform fidelity matters, and cross-platform approaches when time-to-market and shared codebases are the priority. We recommend based on UX, offline needs, and store policies.

How do you ship app updates safely?

Feature flags, phased rollouts, crash reporting, and store release checklists—aligned with your mobile device management or enterprise distribution model where applicable.

Typical mobile timelines?

MVPs with a focused scope may ship in a few months; enterprise apps with integrations and hardening often take longer. We break work into releasable increments so you see progress continuously.

AI, data & automation

Can you help with LLMs, copilots, or retrieval (RAG) over our documents?

Yes, when grounded in your security and data-residency rules. We scope embeddings, vector stores, guardrails, evaluation, and human-in-the-loop review—not just a prototype chat box.

How do you protect sensitive data in AI features?

Data classification, minimisation, access controls, audit logs, and choice of cloud vs on-prem inference. We align with your legal and security stakeholders before training or fine-tuning.

Do you run MLOps or only application integration?

Both—model lifecycle (versioning, monitoring, drift) when you own models, and robust API integration when you consume third-party AI services.

Commercial & collaboration

How are engagements structured commercially?

We offer dedicated squads, fixed-scope phases, and time-and-materials advisory. Details and examples are on client engagement; proposals spell out milestones, assumptions, and change control.

Where is your team located and how do we collaborate?

We work with distributed squads and overlap hours with your stakeholders. Stand-ups, steering reviews, and shared tools (issue trackers, wikis, chat) are agreed up front.

What happens after go-live?

Hypercare, SLAs, backlog grooming, and roadmap planning—including support & maintenance options so releases stay safe over time.

Security & compliance

How do you approach application security?

Threat modelling for sensitive flows, secure coding practices, dependency scanning, and peer review. We can align with your penetration-test and SOC processes.

Can you work under NDAs and enterprise procurement?

Yes—standard mutual NDAs, vendor security questionnaires, and milestone-based billing are part of how we work with enterprises.

Who owns intellectual property?

Custom deliverables are assigned to you under contract, subject to third-party licences (frameworks, libraries, cloud services) documented in the statement of work.
